Structure
The hose body is composed of multi-layer functional polymer film and synthetic fiber fabric reinforcement layer, and the inner and outer layers of helical metal wires are tightly wound.
The general structure is as follows.
Internal spiral steel wire: usually stainless steel, galvanized steel, aluminum alloy, polypropylene or TEFLON coated steel wire;
Outer spiral steel wire: basically use stainless steel or galvanized steel;
Inner lining layer: Select functional films such as Teflon Polietilene Nylon PET according to the characteristics of the conveyed material, and compound the hose with a wide range of liquid-resistant sealing properties through proprietary technology
Reinforcement and anti-aging outer layer: Reinforcement provides compressive strength to the hose. The outer layer of the hose adopts an anti-wear and anti-aging colored outer layer.
Classification
With the rapid development of composite hoses in the commercial field, there are many types of composite hoses produced by manufacturers, which can be roughly divided into 7 categories:
1. Multi-purpose oil-resistant composite hose, which is widely used to transport fuel oil liquid gas, gasoline, diesel, kerosene, crude oil and other hydrocarbon products.
2. Multi-purpose chemical delivery hose, which is widely used in the delivery of corrosive chemical liquid and gas products, with excellent chemical resistance.
3. Vehicle hose, which is specially used for tank trucks. It is soft and light, suitable for frequent bending and moving. It has a long life design and is an internationally used tank truck hose.
4. Dock ship loading and unloading hose, it is specially used for dock ships, reinforced structure, heavy duty, excellent chemical resistance, frequent bending will not crack.
5. Paint conveying hose, which is specially used for paint products, has solvent resistance, wear resistance and excellent oxidation resistance.
6. Low-temperature resistant hose, which is used in low-temperature environments or for transporting low-temperature products, such as ethylene, LPG, LNG, propane, dry ice, etc.
7. High-temperature hose, which is used to transport high-temperature products, hot water, hot oil, etc.
